hello guys, you guys mostly booked/signed for which type ya? i am interested in type C , for own stay but i wonder if i should go for type B. how would a 1 + 1 unit appreciate in the long run in this area ya?

I booked Type B for own stay, not really recall how type C look like dy😂 If you looking for investment purpose you gonna compete with TR2, D’bringtton, i think you should study/compare deeper with them.

I think this development by Tago still got some class & standard than other 2 developments. TR2 by MKH developer really not that good. Their first TR also no good.

Yea, i visited both, TR2 not that good, for ownstay i mean, but location wise for those who working kl direction i think they would prefer rent at tr2 since they are still more to the main road. For D’bringtton i checked the forum posts saw that’s looks like too kelam kabut, after visit show room i just don’t see any advantage other than they are fully residential title and with slightly cheaper price. I have no confidence that if a developer who really wanna make result to their first KL/SE project couldn’t touch up/furnish their show unit properly. One funny thing i still remember, if someone don’t mind pay extra to buy a dual balcony unit, I don’t see why can be so cheapskate that one balcony with standard grill but another balcony is glasses. 🤷🏽

I’m doubt that the pilling work is still in progress, I have seen all the crane n machinery have been removed from the site. Anyone can confirm?

Passby last week/ early feb, crane was there. Btw, I believe most/all purchasers here would have joined the FOUN My Home campaign, any news of the draw? I've tried calling them, but they say new draw date is not confirmed yet, everything starts to be fishy
