Hi, good day everyone, can any Sifu provide me some thoughts about this project? As it is my 1st time buying a condo. The reason to view this project is because I and my wife is looking for a place to stay in KL area. We went to the sales gallery and we love the overall concept and layout. We also compared with d'brightton and The Reach (The Reach is beyond our budget). Hence, Alaia will be our choice at this location.

Concern:
- site have not start yet
- developer background (not much project, Anjali heard is quite successful)
- 18 shop lots, developer only will help manage for 2-3yrs

Well Alaia site will only be completed by end of 2025, however for Dbrightton will be in 2024

Also because of Anjali success I do trust Alaia developer more than Dbrightton developer

will go for viewing this Saturday...

MKh coming TR2 with well reputation, maybe you can consider it with same size and price almost same with walk in transportation.

Is this project build on a safe land? I have booked a unit here. Just to be sure before purchasing.

The drain look so close to the site, will it causing any flood in future or smelly after completion?
Many major KL areas hit by flash flood recently. Some more the drain smell, not temporary it come every time rain.

That site area.... just next to Duke highway.. if you pass by Ayer Panas toll then you should see it...

The other side is next to Tiara Titiwangsa - all the bungalow lots... not really any sense for a train station. Terrace wise.... not really flat, think so , not suitable for train parking also.

Just signed SPA... any owner group?
