I imported the motorcycle to Germany, it is brand new and has a mileage of 16 kilometers. Unfortunately I have problems. The motorcycle starts but a few seconds later the red lamp (engine problem) comes on. The motorcycle is adjusting to gasoline and is not running properly. I am looking for repair manual and instructions. I searched the internet but found little. I became aware of your Facebook page. Maybe you can help me and if not I wish you all the best and lots of fun driving.

In the comments, a member Ng Cheng Wah pointed out that your ECU might be faulty. FYI iirc Mr Ng works at Chear Motor, the main distributor of the bike here in malaysia.

Electrical/electronics problem are not unheard of for the bike. Some were unable to get their bike running due to short circuit. In my case, the rectifier was kaput after 3-4 months of usage

I should just know where this part rectifier is (what it looks like photo) so I can check it.

I doubt your problem is the rectifier (photo). The rectifier issue causes the battery to not charging, so your battery will die, causing the ECU to not work and the bike not running. The battery indicator will flash. I had it replaced for free as the bike is still under warranty.



I'm sorry I've never encountered any ECU issue, so couldn't help you with it.

There's an american youtuber doing all sorts of maintenance work on the same bike (ssr buccaneer) called choppercharles. He also posted his work in details here

The scene here in malaysia for this bike is we often purchase spare parts direct from China (via shopee, taobao) and DIY it. It's cheaper, and as there are only 2-3 official service centre nationwide

I do not know of such a mistake yet. I have heard the petrol tank and checked if it was on the injection pump, but can also see no problem there.
the only thing is the round part near the shock absorber, this part is not where it should be.

Saw that you already had a technician looking at your bike. Hopefully the problem will be fixed. You are obviously more experience with that many number of bikes. Mine is my first haha

the motorcycle is back from service
Process:
The service dealer found the alleged mistake and mixed an additive from Liqui Molli into the fuel tank, changed a spark plug and brought the motorcycle back to me.
I drove another 4 kilometers, then and the motorcycle didn't work again. Stutter again and red lamp.
I looked at the spark plugs, they were completely black and really dirty. Spark plugs cleaned and again driven 4 kilometers, then the problem with red light and stuttering is back. Spark plugs removed, same problem as before.
Extremely black dirty electrodes again. Look at the pictures:
I then sucked off the old gasoline and put new super gasoline in it.
Unfortunately, the problem is still there. Engine no longer starts.

Dirty black spark plugs again.
Now I wrote to the service in Poland, from there I exported the motorcycle.
The service from Poland writes that I should read out the error code with the OBD II scanner.
Where is the connection and what does the FI connection for the scanner look like ???

is the right adapter for diagnostic connection for OBD II?

the black female connector looks like OBD2.
for the one at the bike, have you found it? some bikes have it under the seat or near the battery compartment.

For your case, suggest you check fuel pump, fuel filter, and injector if they are still stuck with the LiquiMoly. Clean them if possible.

the cable on the ignition coil was faulty .. took a few hours to find the fault ..
