greetings from Germany to Malaysia, my name is Jarap and I am now driving an ROMET SCMB 250 LJ250-V. Is an Buccaneer 250i Euero Version.I am looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable and can help me with problems. Thank you so much!

I imported the motorcycle to Germany, it is brand new and has a mileage of 16 kilometers. Unfortunately I have problems. The motorcycle starts but a few seconds later the red lamp (engine problem) comes on. The motorcycle is adjusting to gasoline and is not running properly. I am looking for repair manual and instructions. I searched the internet but found little. I became aware of your Facebook page. Maybe you can help me and if not I wish you all the best and lots of fun driving.

I have found the operating instructions as an attachment.
I am also looking for a repair manual
can someone help me here??

I do not know of such a mistake yet. I have heard the petrol tank and checked if it was on the injection pump, but can also see no problem there.
the only thing is the round part near the shock absorber, this part is not where it should be.

the motorcycle is back from service
Process:
The service dealer found the alleged mistake and mixed an additive from Liqui Molli into the fuel tank, changed a spark plug and brought the motorcycle back to me.
I drove another 4 kilometers, then and the motorcycle didn't work again. Stutter again and red lamp.
I looked at the spark plugs, they were completely black and really dirty. Spark plugs cleaned and again driven 4 kilometers, then the problem with red light and stuttering is back. Spark plugs removed, same problem as before.
Extremely black dirty electrodes again. Look at the pictures: user posted image
I then sucked off the old gasoline and put new super gasoline in it.
Unfortunately, the problem is still there. Engine no longer starts.

Dirty black spark plugs again.
Now I wrote to the service in Poland, from there I exported the motorcycle.
The service from Poland writes that I should read out the error code with the OBD II scanner.
Where is the connection and what does the FI connection for the scanner look like ???

hi an ALL
my box is currently running very well, I have solved the ignition problems myself, yes the search for the fault was not easy ... it was one of the ignition coils for the rear Zilynder.
the German dealer has a lot of clue, he didn't even have an instruction manual, let alone a diagnostic OBD adapter, so nothing. The Poles are also not well equipped and not ready to help. It's a good thing I already had 30 motorcycles and I know a lot.
I also have direct contact with manufacturer Longjia because my wife is from China.
Yesterday I repaired the fuel sender myself. And it's my turn to make a diagnosis connection.
Well, the moped is not bad, just "knitted" and cheap spare parts from Poland. for example, a cylinder costs € 60 .. so nothing.

I am gradually replacing slightly higher-quality parts, for example with various plug connections .. the ignition coils possibly .. .. then I should bring the next summer around .. I am still looking for data on engine maintenance, i.e. torque information, valve settings .. actually so Art Rep. And maintenance instructions.

greeting

since I had problems with the fuel gauge .. I had to look at it:

1) Loosen the tank

2) Loosen two contact closures

3) Tip over the tank

4) Remove sensor

so then I noticed that the "feeler" sits relatively loosely and is not always in contact ... I then "adapted" to which I tightened the nut on the feeler so that there is more pressure on the spool.

Then as removed .. reinstalled .. everything ok again ..
