If afraid your prepaid letting other to misuse, then better call up CS, they can terminate the account straight away. Just say you lost your prepaid card, and you need to temporary terminate.

Well for prepaid you cant terminate u can only bared the outgoing calls only better just replace it with a new card RM10 only and the number u still get back the same..

how do the campus zone rate works actually?

Campus zone is only u get the rate in certain areas only (campus and nearby) if out of there it will be yr normal calling rate but if like u can use up to 80 above on yr prepaid now i reccoment u to go for postpaid Value 50 its 15cent on net and 20 cent off net all place all time and u can use back ur existing number and best part is there is no deposit require if u change to value 50..

Stop using? If stop using then no need to call la,just let it self terminate. After few months that number will recycle back. If lost then only better call up and barred it,if not people will use it to sms Karpal singh threateh to kill him then that sms will masuk your account

err.. to those using maxis postpaid , did u all reeceive a message saying that maxis would like to activate the roaming service by replying yes or no ?

I received a SMS from Hotlink saying that they're going to upgrade their system from 25th May to 12th June. Some of the services including reload will be affected. Anybody received the same SMS?

well better activate roaming only la cause its also FOC if u dont use rather than next time when u wanna open also very troublesome la like today a customer walk in wan open roaming for the husband but dint bring passport..if wan open roaming must bring passport and need at least 24hours in malaysia than u can use it overseas..if call 123 to cust service they also will direct u to nearest maxis centre..actually im working in maxis as well..

ya for those who still hasnt activate the roaming better do it straight away ..

but last time i forgot bout it then at 2 hours before my flight to aussie i called 123 and asked them to activate my roaming straight away .. they say cant coz it's 24hrs, but when i told them my situation, they say ok.. when i reached aussie the next 10-11 hours, my hp can used edi.. so i guess the 24hrs procedure, automated system bla bla is just a bluff..

Well for PTT (push to talk)not reccomended la cause honestly la telling u all its not stable and sometimes can than sometims cannot and ppl can use yr account lo by using PTT..dont ask me how they use im not sure but this is the ISD guy from maxis telling me la..

For roaming ah the 24 hours is just like a inssurance for us (maxis) because if like we say to customers within 1 hour like that than cannot later we get comppaint example like new registration with in2 hours the new sim card and number can be use already but we still say with in 24 hours its to safe our ass..because after we done we need to do interaction and from interaction customer can rate us and if rating not good u can know la what is going to happen

All the while, Hotlink didn't official promote or advertise that they got give out Birthday Bonus.
