I am using vacuum mop P series. There is a multi map function on the latest firmware 3.5.8 i think that has been released in China and India, but i am still stuck at 3.5.3 saying its already up to date. Does anyone have the same problem? The multi map function is really useful. Not sure if we can update the firmware manually.

normally how much water it uses per cleaning? Mine is like 1/3 per tank for 70m2. Seems very less water used.

Yes, very little water used for me as well even on high level. Maybe someone familiar with programming can mod the water usage using robot vacuum mod like valetudo.

If really want it you may try to switch region to china server etc, but will reset your map.

I have the 1c vacuum. Anyone facing this issue - vacuum cannot return to the dock after cleaning? I have used it for 3-4 months and recently this issue has started happening.

I have tried to reset the map, turned off Map Saving and turning it on again, letting the robot clean completely by itself to rebuild the map. Dock has never been shifted during the cleaning process. Sensors (dock and vacuum) wiped clean. On firmware 3.5.8_1096.

Presently, it cannot return to the dock after completing a clean. However, when i manually press the Dock button, it is miraculously able to return to the dock to charge. So i have to let it finish cleaning, let it try to find its way home and fail. Then i press the Dock button, it will slowly make its way back to the dock.

Planning to get Roborock S6MaxV but not sure to choose it or the new Xiaomi Lydsto R1.

Is Xiaomi Lydsto R1 support malaysia server?

Thanks for your advice, i just kept running a full clean everyday and now it’s fine. It fixed itself lol. Yup you’re right cleaning everything up helps a lot. I even used a vacuum to manually suck the dust away from the robot vacuum. Still can’t identify the true root cause

Np. My 1c running for half year and sometimes can't go back base, and usually i found plastic/harder stuff stuck at wheel/brush. Can notice if robot start making extra noise or move in funny way, just pause it immediately and flip over to clean.

Thanks for your tip. One issue i noticed is once you flip it over, the robot forgets its coordinates and have to restart its cleaning. Does that happen to you?

Yes, this one depends on luck. Need to place it back to exact place u lift it, and the direction it is facing.

I am using Roborock S7+ and it is a waste of money cuz in the end you still need to clean the robot also and throw the dust away manually.

So then I went for Dreame V12 and i can cover all the corners myself and a lot more cheaper.

Is that normal for 1C?
When lifted, it just resets cleaning map everytime
I try to clear up everything on the floor that might block its movement or stuck
What about more expensive robot vacuum when it’s lifted?
Same behavior?

The original mi vacuum robot (without mop) doesn’t lose its memory. 1c does if you dont put it back in the exact location. I only have those two

I have Mi Robot Vacuum and it works perfectly! It builds a map of the room, first outlines the perimeter of the area, then cleans it inside in zigzags, then goes to mark the next piece. This vacuum cleaner and https://www.emop.co.uk/kensington-chelsea-cleaner are my salvation cause me and my wife work a lot and don't have time to clean up our house.

Hi, I just started using my 1C and it seems like it doesn't go back to dock after cleaning. It just continue to clean again the whole house for second, third time. Is this normal? Do I need to manually ask it to dock every time?

I have the Xiaomi Mop G1, for those who want to buy Xiaomi Mop, better get 1C. 1G's navigation very cacat sometimes. The machine having tough time finding its home. bangwall.gif Also, if you press return to dock during cleaning. The system automatically change back to Cleaning mode instead of Return to Dock.

However, I bought for only less than RM500, the cleaning is efficient and effective. So not consider a fail purchase.
