So I got this free sim card with 40GB free per month from YES https://www.yes.my/learn . My Mi A2 is under supported device, and when I check the coverage here https://www.yes.my/support/coverage it says 'This area has LTE & Broadband coverage'. So I put the sim card into my Mi A2 and it can detect Yes's network, but the mobile data doesn't work. Any ideas?

Try playing with the options in *#*#4636#*#*

Sometime it help in my case. And for the info, one of my phone can't use their SIM because of custom rom even it is listed as supported phone.
