maybe your hp not support yes band in your area, b20, b38 or b40..which is not support on your mobile phone.

i scare YES on your location is running 4G channel B20 only... your area mamybe dont dont b38 n b40...so u wont have line...

and your mobile phone not support b20. only b38 n b40 4G YES band.

that is YES 4G channal band. b20, b38 & b40. see the area which band is running. hardly to have a band in the area. mostly is running b20.

or try others phone u had.

call YES and check, if hp detected got 4G line, install apps can see which band u connected to. if no line at all probably hardware not suppport/ no line there.

depends.... like hardware 4G specs... see weather support or not or have the band support or not b20, b38 or b40 depends on the area tower 4G band, for YES mostly is b20.
