If he wanted more movements or more viewpoints, but need to look professionally done, tell him you need another camera, and whether he willing to pay for it, it not, you will keep to the same layout.

Or just to make him happy, maybe you can use a good phone camera to record another viewpoint and add in that view point during video editing, see if he's happier. The difference in video quality will be visible but viewers will give feedback to the pastor.
