Yeah, I read the review yesterday too. The 6i is the budget level variant of the 6 series with the low res screen display. It's also listed in Sirim's database as well and should be released here soon. I'll include it in this thread if there's enough interest

That 6i got 5000mah beast in it....so no wonder la....i got a feeling its not gonna be that cheap when it launch here soon, since its realme i recon its gonna be around rm699 maybe...

Ya, 5000mAh and a low res display - the same combination that made the Realme 5 a battery beast as well. I also think RM699 will probably be the RRP but I think they will sell it for RM599, otherwise it’d be hard to buy that over the Realme 6 (when offered at RM799) which is better in every way except for the battery life.

Since you have used both MIUI and realme OS, which one is better in terms of the smoothness?

And between the SAMSUNG Galaxy S10 Lite and realme 6 loud speaker, which one is better?

Realme OS seems to take a few cues from Oxygen OS, albeit it still has more bloat here and there. In my opinion it's far more fluid than MIUI for me, but that could just be my individual preference. Also the 90hz display could be helping with that too

Both speakers are more or less the same, in the sense that they are both not good, hahaha. But if I had to pick one, maybe the S10 Lite wins by a hair.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that do the comparison by using 60hz on realme 6.

Hahaha, haven't tried yet. Still running 90hz to see how the battery life will be like. I'll try 60hz in a day or two.

Someone shared this on the other thread. I think his experience with 60hz on the Realme is still smoother than on the RN9S. This is quite a fair and balanced comparison.

I think it can, bro. I hit 8 hours SOT with 25% battery left before calling it a day yesterday. To me, that's not a fair or balanced usage because I typically don't use that much screen time in a day if wasn't for the MCO What I'd like to do is to achieve 5 hours in a day and stretch the battery over to the next day to hit another 5 hours. Hopefully I can achieve a bit more of a balanced usage through this week.

For now though, I can safely say the phone will get you through one day of full usage, 8 hours SOT with 90hz refresh rate is not a problem. And that's pretty good

Also, amazingly the battery drains just 1% overnight (8 hours) with all settings left on. I'm a satisfied customer so far

What i saw was great about this phone its like u were getting oneplus 3t with 90hz minus a plastic body....maybe even 5t......the g90t is on par with sd821 and almost sd835 performance right...what im trying to say is....u get a almost flagship experience with this Realme 6....if only the back cover made form glass or metal, its gonna be perfect...nah i guest u can just put a premium case on it, like Elementcase or something, problem solve...goodjob realme...

Exactly, the experience of using this phone is hardly midrange at all! That said, there won't be any premium cases available for this phone like Element Case, Spigen or Otterbox, hahaha. I just placed an order for a RM7 China case. The stock case is pretty robust though, I think it will provide adequate protection for now.
