For anyone failed or tiada record, unable to register for Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN).

Please follow my steps:
1. https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/
2. Key in your IC number (see first page)
3. If it show like this,

4. Click "Permohonan Baru".
5. Save the link or Wait, keep refresh. The link they given only work, based your IC number. https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/PermohonanPage2020 (cannot work)
6. After you load in successfully, this page appear.

After you key in your IC number, if you stuck at CAPTCHA (Step 3 & 4), refresh the page again, the CAPTCHA and Semak will appear quicker.

Bantuan Prihatin Nasional
Penerima BSH 2020 adalah LAYAK secara automatik bagi Bantuan Prihatin Nasional. Anda tidak perlu membuat permohonan.


It also included BSH 2019

I think, if you got this error and married, one of your spouse already registered BSH, you, yourself don't need to register.


Will verify this again.

If one person of married couple OR spouse registered LDHN / e-filing OR BSH2019 & 2020, you don't need to register again.
