I am using cash account, if I buy share 1k today, and sell tomorrow, can i buy another share tomorrow or wait 3 days, t+3?

You should be able to use the 1k immediately after you sell.

Settlement is T+2 now. You don't need to wait as long as you have enough cash.

I use Maybank cash account and they didn't allow me to buy until the money arrived after the sale.

Huh.. That's very strange for cash account.

I don't use Maybank but I use several other brokers, all can buy immediately after sell a stock.

Yeah super weird. Not mistaken it happens only when the stocks leave my account but money not yet received from the other party.
So I can only trade after T+3.
