I said it. But apparently I'm wrong to some extent, it does better than Brisbane, and almost as good as windsor F3s. And there is still room for improvement, the current steppings are still quite early.

how much Vdimm u use??
oc only 800mhz?? even my cheapo D9DPN can do better than that with limited Vdimm (1.95v)...
suppose u oc it higher la....a gem rams suppose to running in high oced speed...

cause he's still n00b in overclocking,actually i kinda regret of selling those ram to him as he's wasting its potential.

anyway,AMD phenom perform poor than Intel 65nm Quad,so if intel 45nm come,Phenom all die and rest in peace

If phenom really worse in OC, then sure AMD will in trouble..

yup,
AMD will target in price and low end user and no matter how u OC the proc,i dont think it can faster than Quad 3.0ghz when come to benchmark if u run both in same speed.

but for daily use,is more than enough.

I forgot but i know i've read somewhere where the Phenom will be able to do 3.0 on Air which is pretty decent.
Not sure about the maximum these procs can go though.

oh.. it is so attractive.
But the price for phenom 9600 is around RM9XX to RM1k.
It consider high when compare with C2Q 6600 .

A bit worry about AMD's processor.
