they don't recognize it.

so just hole up in your house until travel day, take the darn PCR test and submit to mySOS app (their mysejahtera) before arriving in Japan.

the rest is essentially pre-covid liao, just mask up as usual

As per the news they say after 11 Oct will open for non tour traveler. Full details of SOP need to wait coming week because last Friday is Japan holiday. You can wait until they release the SOP only purchase air ticket since after the announcement, flight ticket gone up. So no rush

Air Asia's flight to Tokyo has the warning of "Flight is subject to obtaining government approval". Is safe to book the flight without the risk of cancellation/postponement?

Hi, anybody been to Japan these past few days/week? I'm wondering for the no PCR test 72-hours before flight have to prove already taken 3 shots vaccination. Is the MySj certificate a valid proof? When/where to whom should I provide the document to?

The hand writing version. When you take the vaccine, the nurse hand out that small booklet / card that record the date and type of vaccine. Booster also got card record.

You still can show the e version, but Japan custom prefer card / solid / actual / old school vaccine certificate.

your sinovac shots are meaningless to them, best plan for PCR test or take more recognized doses.

where did u get vaccinated that u don't receive a booklet/card?

if you're vaccinated in malaysian, u should receive a card for the 1st 2 dose and a booklet for the 3rd dose
some people 3 dose also a booklet(for late vaccinated ones)
