10 days traveling between Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo.
for 2 pax mainly use for navigation like google maps or check train route or occasionally social media.
is 2GB data daily enough?

from google found mainly 3 ways,
1) Shopee Japan sim > Cheapest among all. Any good? Anyone bought/use this before, can recommend which seller?
2) Local Japan sim > Way more expansive than Shopee sim around 30-40% extra from the price that i can google.
3) Pocket Wifi > too expensive imo

Based on my vague memory about Japan, their beds are smaller. Even the double beds for two persons are smaller than our regular queen-size beds in Malaysia. If possible, I don’t want two twin beds, but oh well. Do they have at least our queen-size beds there or larger beds? If you know which hotels in Tokyo have these beds, please suggest ya.

Otherwise, please let me know which are the best areas to stay in Tokyo? Affordable for 6 nights. Less than RM 3k if possible. Our main places are the Disneysea, Warner Bros Studio Harry Potter and Kirby Cafe. I don’t know what’s the normal traveling time in Tokyo, is 45 minutes considered far? It sounded far to me. The rest are the normal attractions in Tokyo, areas like Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku etc.

But it seems they restrict reload with foreign Visa. I don't have any Mastercard in my hand. 

if im not wrong suica and pasmo doesnt really matter, both are fine to use. I personally use suica because I like the penguin  , just a reminder that only mastercard works with both pasmo and suica reload atm. For some reason they take away the ability to top up with Visa.

Haha enjoy also can enjoy on budget if you know where to go. I never go to family mart or cheapo place. In Japan cheap doesn't mean low class or high class can be cheap also. Example Tsukiji fish market sushi, I know a few places, real old school proper sushi master place but lunch set only 1000 yen. If you go dinnertime is 5-6000 yen

hey all, going to japan anyone know if it's better to use the currency exchange or ATM at the japan airports or exchange locally in malaysia?
I'm going to taiwan first then from there to Japan, so i dont want to bring along so much JPY from Malaysia.

Most of the morning flights from Malaysia to Tokyo are JAL or ANA, and even SIA arrive at night.
if the price difference between AAX with JAL/ANA is more than RM500 I'll just sleep 5hours in Airport much better hahaha

Hybrid Down Coat 100% useless in Hokkaido Winter
Seamless Down Parka (3D Cut)  I would say 60% useless in Hokkaido Winter.  Neck area just too loose wide open , even fully zip up plus neck area cloth material are thin.

You need something like this, once it fully zip up, it fully cover your neck, feel like it choking it. might get uncomfortable by starting, by once get use to it, it most working in Hokkaido harsh Winter.

Suica/pasmo reload machines are available in all stations, problem is it only accepts cash. If you want to reload via credit card you need to add the Suica card into iPhone e-wallet. All public transport and combinis accepts Suica
