better to get coolermaster if u want to compare both, especially gemini 2, hyper 212, hyper tx. Nice coolers. But if theres a choice, go for Arctic Cooling or ThermalRight

hmm looks like your proc is pretty good to be doing that speeds at 1.32V, try upping your Vmch to probably + .1 and add a fan on it. But honestly, 490Mhz is amazing.

yeah i agree with scythe.. since u r not going high on the clocks i would suggest that u increase your bus to the point that it gets 3.2GHz and tighten your ram timings to cl4.. coz doing cl4 on ddr2 700+ should be easy.
