don't think apple care cover bends.
apple care is just an extended warranty for your iPad. no scratches, dents or anything will be cover under apple care. However, AppleCare + is a more complete warranty package. you are entitle up to 2 replacement units including water damage and bents, drop, physical or cosmetic damage. The caveat is, Malaysia only support apple care.

Just arrived in the nick of time. Hahah! Arrived first, i ordered ESR case and tempered glass too.

i order mine today, 11" with apple pen....estimate arrive on 24-26 May 2020....

No apple don’t want to cover bend.. a friend of mine got his ipad bent, went to switch and machines, all refused to take it in. Said they got specific order from apple to consider bent as user fault so no warranty cover

happened to my iphone 6 aeons ago. switch rejected it like they don't give a shit.

In my case, I am waiting for my UAG Scout Series case to arrive in early June.

I’ve been using it without a charger, from 85-100% till about 15-20% in the afternoon, exclusively just the iPad but my usage isn’t as heavy as some users.

I want to claim my apple pencil at the curve .. is it long queue to get into the mall? Or just can walk as usual?

so sad, my new ipad pro suddenly become black screen. device is on but screen is still black. done the hard restart vol up, vol down, power button. a few times. done restore from itunes twice. also still black screen. i can see faint backlight from the screen and also backlight from magic keyboard.

factory reset? if that stil doen'st work, send it to serivce center.

Doesn't work. wonder is one to one exchange is possible.
