I was using Fold2 previously until switching to Fold5 and during that time there were even less support on the phone and after-market accessories like case and screen protector since it was not popular yet. From my understanding, it covers accidental physical damage and we should not be asked to pay again for whatever repair even we really dropped the phone rite? You can still make an attachment for the spen to stick on any cases if you want, but need to have a 3d printer or look for the service in shopee. Shouldn't cost more than 10 bucks. For those who ordered the Fold5 Slim S Pen case through samsung website and wanted to claim replacement for the defect case, I just got a contact from customer service centre. BBS Distribution, phone number is 03-91082626
Talked to the person in charge, you can send over to their office at Lot C-3-2, Block C2, 3rd Floor, Medan Connaught, Jalan 3/144a, 56000 Kuala Lumpur.
Can send over personally or courier. They will submit claim to samsung to get approval then only send back the replacement to you, roughly 1-2 weeks. I think the distributor already noticed the issue, because overheard the staffs mentioned a similar case when I was at the customer service centre.

Bought a fold4 case from lazada for only rm135 to strip off the spen for my original fold5 standing case while waiting for my slim spen case to claim replacement. Not sure really as genuine as it written, but the spen works well and more solid to hold than the slim spen. Anyone here claimed the free screen protector for inner screen before? Have to leave the phone for hours/days or they will replace the SP on the spot? Asking because recently noticed the edges start to peel off and might need to get ready a temporary phone.
Update: Already called the SC to ask. They can replace it on the spot, takes about 1hr, provided that they have the stock, or else have to order first.
