When buying through 3rd party retailers such as Senheng, Harvey Norman, Shopee or Lazada.. they will send the phone together with the RM650 evoucher where you can redeem it later.

I think supported. My Flip4 show 5G when first powered on. But on 31st August it went down to LTE till now.

I wrongly thought that 2yrs Care+ after discount is RM969 (Flip) and RM999 (Fold). Since that price before discount then i also will buy 2 yrs Care+ coverage this weekend.

No waranty for screen except DOA or more than 3 dead pixel when received the phone. Any liquid or broken damage need to pay unless you buy full fledge Care+ coverage.

The one that samsung gave is just an extended another one year warranty and 3x screen protector replacement.

Yes.. you can purchase Care+ within 30 days after receive your phone. You need to bring your phome to SES and buy the coverage there.

Buy whitestone EZ lar bro. Cost around RM130 for 2 pcs. Easy to install. My Fold3 till now use 1 pc only without a single scratch. Still got another unused piece.

Did you check with Senheng on what they offer when you buy/order the phone?

1. I dont thing you can claim RM200 ROI evoucher as it can be redeem when pre order at samsung online store only.

2. The 3x screen protector replacement can be found inside Samsung Members app > benefit > 3x replacement screen protector coupon.

3. If you already collected your phone then you should be given their official receipt.

I use 100% charging while the phone battery still learning. After a few days then only i enable 85% . Once a while i will disable it and charge back to 100& but most of the time i use the 85% protect battery features.

Why you wanna hold Fold with one hand when unfolded.?
If you really have a habit of holding a tablet with one hand then get a casing that have some sort of hand holder. Samsung have one casing such as that type.

Samsung have casing with palm holder. No need to stress your thumb as the phone rest on your palm.

Check youtube on Fold4 casing.

Flip4 5G signal just come back today after missing since 31st Aug. Fold4 also should be getting their 5G again.

For samsung casing.. yes.. can fit no problem. Only a bit out of position at the camera flash hole.
Other brand i don't know though...
