Fold3? Buy leather case?

I see. I hate hard plastic PC material case.

Will rather go for TPU. But for Fold3/Flip3, most cases are hard plastic.

Not only Bezel, but Glass Victus also easy to get scratched.

Lazada or shopee you may get. But becareful, some buyer claims that bought the used device.

Which spigen model you have used? Spigen thin fit, slim armor pro, liquid crystal... all has TPU material at the edge, but back cover is PC.

The problem I faced was, when i removed it out from case, I pull out 1 corner (from hinge side) but the other corner the gorilla victus glass scratched by Spigen PC cover.

So remove must be careful. pull out from top but not from hinge.

Used device? Better go for shopee mall, official store.

You should give a call to Samsung Care+ to find out if they will or fix for you. Because we paid for RM799.

In Singapore, the care+ does cover / replace screen protector for them.

Anyone of you using Samsung Silicone Cover vs Spigen Thin Fit. (For FOLD3)

Which one is best to go? I dont want to have hard cover case that will scratch my phone. And also I prefer lighter case.

my fold3 I use big screen and WIFI most of the time and SOT only 3 hours. Battery usage from 95% to 20%. Is that considered normal?

You removed your big screen SP and installed with new one? Did you check if warranty void ?

Oh good good. That's great. Screen still sensitive to touch? Is it hydrogel type?

Yes... Everyday I also have to clean the screen.

How much the charges? Any brand of the matte SP?

I have been using Samsung for many years. Samsung support service is actually far better if compared others. The only big problem is, this time they introduced a lot of new strategy including care+ and also free voucher for pre-order. This has been messed up everything.

I just hope Samsung sell the solid price is good enough. Dont try to do all gimmick stuff and markup the phone price. That really wasting time. Please learn from i-phone. Give us this gift and that gift for what? My ear buds and few other free gifts still cannot sell, nobody wants and collecting dust.

Oh yes.. It is true. Really cheap phone! Next time when we want to sell rm3500 also susah after 1 yr used.

Samsung always giving this problem

Next time buy apple better.

Because this phone is thick. If you make the outer screen bigger, the size for you to hold the phone will not be comfortable. Probably cant operate with one hand. Those experts I believe has explored this option and that's why go back to narrow spec.

The font is too small for outer screen. Luckily got bixby routine that can adjust the font automatically when fold the phone.

So overall I am quite ok with fold3. I do believe some people may not like it if too bulky. pros and cons ... Unless they manage to make the thickness further improved, then outer screen can be broader.


The 2 things I dont like is

1) Inner screen cannot play game like Tennis clash ... swipe and not sensitive / slow.

2) Inner screen is fingerprint magnet.

On 1st Jan 2022, the new unit Samsung Official only sell RM5K for fold3. (with voucher)

So how much you expect the 2nd hand price? If someone willing to pay 4.5k for your unit, then is very good already.

Very difficult for me go back to s22 Ultra after tried fold 3. So far the screen very solid and no problem.

Yes It is very expensive if screen having problem. Need to fork out rm2k.

Even you have care+ also need to pay extra rm629 for Fold 3 inner screen replacement.

3 things that fold3 cannot compete with s22 Ultra.

1)Camera ... 2) Screen touch sampling rate (gaming important), 3)Glare reflection under sunlight when you use screen.

I heard samsung online purchase will give 2 yrs normal warranty + 2 yrs accidental/liquid warranty.

Big screen got screen protector but small screen dont have.

Awesome.. at least cover 2 yrs.
