I ask them to show me proof that is my mistake and they can't produce it. Went a different centre and got it change for free bcos of my friend know the service man there. But actual I drop it with a casing on it..hehehehe. He told me this flip is trouble phone with those nails and very sensitive if you drop it on the side of it. I thought with the new Flip 3 they will be more better build.
I think this is the problem of flip/fold. After used for months or 1 year, the soft screen most likely will start giving problem. That's why care+ 2nd year so important. But sounds like have to pay RM779 extra with PWP 40%. Also when send in for replacement need to pay rm6xx also.Screen cracked like this under fold line, very troublesome one, the service center will fight hard with you to claim this is not manufacturing defect and must be accidentally break it or fold it too frequent too fast too hard.
