Here guys, you'll all love this. Temporary free access to LesMills videos of >100 home workout video ranging from HIIT to dance, yoga etc. Usually it's premium access where you'll need to pay but due to lockdown globally, they shared a number of the videos for free.

If you have a bike at home, you can even do their Sprint program and stuffs. Otherwise just pick the ones that doesn't require equipment such as Grit Cardio, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, Shbam etc.

Tip: If you're not used to these type of high intensity workout - just remember that some of it quite advanced stuffs so if you can't follow, do options like jump jacks/ squats/ lunges until the rep ends. Have fun~ thumbsup.gif

Even MCO end might still have cases just more controlled so probably not. Very easy to spread in the gym esp got people don't wipe down things they use...

Yes but this home work out thing isn’t working well for me.. losing all my gains.

Desperate to hit the gym and lift heavy again. I see no other choice but going back when it opens.

Yessss! Miss lifting. Just bring sanitizer - wipe wipe equipments before workout and wipe again after laugh.gif longer process but this is good enough imo. Shower immediately after workout and leave.
