I'd like to add, that even if you are only folding on the gpu, everything else in your pc is also drawing power. Even cpu usage will also increase a bit.
Example, my main gaming system is idling at 70w (based on my old notes using a measuring device).
So when folding, add my 1070's estimated 150w (assuming stock) + estimated 30w for the small cpu usage, and it'll be about 250w. Add the psu efficiency factor, its around 300w.
