Today i CODed a new 6120 to one of the user from this forum....
we deal it around 1 week....at last we agree at the price & he will trade in a NOK 6070 with good working condition~~
when i take the 6070, i switch on the phone to test...its working fine....but, when i back to my shop, i turn it on again....the LCD shown a black line.....i do ask technician to check it, and the technician told me the LCD spoil d~~~
OMG.... , then i call to a spare part shop to check the value of 6070's LCD...wow...RM100!!!
then i call him to settle it, he do not receive call....after 30 minutes , he call back...i do ask him to bare half of the repair cost....he claims that is his friend's phone & he dun know about it...he also said will call his friend & let me know how to settle.....
so....what should i do now?? return the 6070 & take back the brand new 6120?? but it being use by him for 1 whole day d~~or i should ask him to pay half of the LCD cost?? RM 100 is for dealer price, retail price around RM150~~

U can't do anything about it ...Mostly when u deal with the customer, u as the retailer or supplier will check everything nicely b4 agreed to deal with both parties. So I guess u have to pay for the LCD and there is nothing u can do to claim back the new NOKIA or ask him to bare half of the cost.

Unless u met a honest customer....then u r considered very lucky..

Did he provides personal warranty for the phone?

no lah~~cuz i'm agree to take his phone at good working condition~~but now, it not good for me~~

then u have to blame urself,u have to check it clearly before close the deal.

and for no warranty,u cant do anything liao since u argee the T&C.

so,i think u gotta pay the rm100.

well.. normally its like this.. happened to me in my neighbours shop lots of time.. A faulty 7610 IC, they go dunno do wut thing make it working perfect, after 1 night the phone cannot even on.. so have to repair it ourselves..

nothing we can do bout it.

take it as your lesson. gudluck next time fren.

Sorry to say but, theres really nothing u can do about this now after you traded the phone.

well u can pray that he's a really honest and nice seller.
did u get the phone receipt, and all the stuff from him?
