U can't do anything about it ...Mostly when u deal with the customer, u as the retailer or supplier will check everything nicely b4 agreed to deal with both parties. So I guess u have to pay for the LCD and there is nothing u can do to claim back the new NOKIA or ask him to bare half of the cost.
Unless u met a honest customer....then u r considered very lucky..
