QUOTE(a1098113 @ Mar 1 2008, 12:03 PM) haiyo u ni so pessimistic, u must be positive bro. We are a team of e21.. common! Clock speed is not everything, use your stock Vcore and play your highest speed. And tighten your ram timings.. and for hardware, use your heatsink and lap it with 2000cw grid and use mx2 or tx2. Lap void warranty .. If i want void warranty.. I remove the IHS better.. Now idle mode.. Wait and see .. Today no mood.. |

QUOTE(a1098113 @ Mar 1 2008, 08:08 PM) QUOTE(Dreamworks @ Mar 1 2008, 09:35 PM) Happens to my DS3R as well at times, heck... Even the 3-pin fan output voltage isn't constant Now that it get back to the previous 1... Zzzzz... Stupid motherboard ! But the lower the vdroop, the better. I will Vmod it once I found the guide and tools.. QUOTE(sparrowed @ Mar 1 2008, 11:28 PM) nice temperature there, i cant get 3.2Ghz as my 2160 hitting 72C high (and it still rising). the max i can safely clock is 3.104Ghz @ 1.30Vcore which produce 68C degree. Is that stock heatsink that bad? Me 3163MHz already hitting 70c ~ 74c .. |

LOL... Just now I maxed out all the voltage... 100% OC straight away freeze... Guess my processor can't get 100% OC though...
Vcore in CPU-z reading @ 1.776v MCH @ +0.3v FSB @ +0.3v RAM @ 2.4v |

QUOTE(Silverfire @ Mar 2 2008, 01:32 PM) WAH! You want your PC burst? Aiya... Just maxed out everything lor.. Later freeze I dunno wat problem.. Now i know my processor cannot 100% OC.. You're using P35-DS3 right? FSB and MCH no need to overvoltage if FSB is at 1600. Or Maybe my PSU can't provide enuff voltage !? Added on March 2, 2008, 1:38 pm QUOTE(suicideroach @ Mar 2 2008, 01:36 PM) OC till boring ma.. Want see some smoke for fun .. This post has been edited by Amedion: Mar 2 2008, 01:38 PM |

QUOTE(F1meteor @ Mar 3 2008, 11:18 AM) Hello guys, Set the RAM ratio to 2.00 which is 1:1 ...Just got my new spec: E2160 M0 stepping Gigabyte p35-DS3 1GB Kingston value 667mhz x2 Enermax Tomahawk 500W Setting i did: Disable 3 items in Advance Bios setting. forgot what are those, some power saving thingy FSB: 310 Multiplier: 9x Vcore: default, but not auto. Tried 325 fsb, run 15 minutes orthos and it hang Any advice?? Timing to 5-5-5-15.. Voltage 2.1v shouldn't be a problem.. |

QUOTE(F1meteor @ Mar 3 2008, 11:37 AM) erm, ram timing i think it default lo.. 5-5-5-15 PCI-E Mhz set to 100MHz.. where can i find Kmarc guide? Yea, the RAM ratio is set to 2.00 Forgot to mention in first post And also the don't know what set to 100 You put default.. Later the timing become dunno wat.. Better manually set it to 5-5-5-15 @ 2.1v.. Btw, monitor the temperature.. How many at full load? |

QUOTE(cyberfly @ Mar 3 2008, 12:04 PM) You can view his guide here : All value RAM shouldn't have problem with 2.1v.. Even me use 24/7 also pump 2.2v .. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/623648 someone should put the link at the first post, first page of the thread. not many forumers notice about the Essential Guide section. is it safe Kingston value ram running at 2.1v?might try with my Kingston Value Ram IF those cannot handle 2.1v.. Then better fry it ASAP and buy new 1.. QUOTE(F1meteor @ Mar 3 2008, 12:04 PM) yea yea.. the PCI-E is indeed set to 100mhz edi.. this is the 100 i'm talking about By changing it doesn't mean can stable at 333FSB.. The 2.1v is not default? By changing this can go 333 FSB? erm, right now temp at idle can be @ 40C Orthos 10 mins, 61C or 62C only.. But when I think about it... Ur ram shouldn't have problem with that FSB @ default voltage and timing.. TEmperature also ok .. What's wrong ar? You got the worst m0 processor? Try run x8 multiplier and use single RAM enuff.. Value RAm not meant for Dual Channel with high OC.. |
