QUOTE(Andy0625 @ Aug 10 2008, 11:38 PM) I'm using this on my 1720 and I have no issues with it ever since compare to the Prolink mini mouse that I bought. Thanks for the FanControl.really does work. Can adjust the fan according to our environment whether it be in the office, playing games or during meeting. While using this mouse , please slip along a simple mousepad into your bag as this will make you have even more enjoying. Anyone here has overheating or high idle temperature problem ? Head yourself to : I8kFan I'm just sharing it. |

Looking at Dell Malaysia. our inspiron 1520 is now offered back but with 8400M GS. and also with DELL wireless. Does this mean it doesn't qualify for a Intel Centrino inside logo?

I don't get it.First DELL pulled out 1520 out from their website. And now they're offering them back. I don't think i wanna buy 1520 with an inferior GPU. better buy an ASUS instead. Are DELL thinking their Studio lineup not gaining much popularity compared to XPS or 1520@1720? |

I don't think its fair to compare a much superior benchmark points of XPS line against the Inspiron line.
It is not built equivalent. It is like comparing a BMW 3 series against a Toyota Camry. BTW cute smilies....all wearing the Songkok. |

Yeah. Surely Alex can beat any XPS mark if he got 8800M GTX.
XPS owner.... beware. |

another thing...i tried to put a cloth on the palm rest to protect it but i think the surface is starting to change compare to other inner area
[/quote] Till now, my palm rest is ok.I've been using a car polishing cloth to cover it,and it does well. for the keyboard ,the silicon cover also works a charm.. The only thing that i'm worried now is the battery.the wear is increasing to 9% for 4 months use. I seldom use the battery now, only on AC power whenever there is AC outlet nearby. |
