they stated in their page mah, some are display unit maybe or returned unit, but few ppl who bought the unit are very satisfied, looks new as they claimed. however, i believe there is a fraud sale on those units, coz last time i had follow closely on the progress, they add-in many low price high-end units @ 0730hr, i called-in @ 0800hr, they said all is sold out , that's y i speculate that those cheap units are "reserved" by someone (kedai tauke maybe...), they published on the page just for the formality sake

dun worry man, even it is refurbished one it always in good condition.
if not i won't to place order too.

went to the roadshow, learn nothing much from the sales representative other than they give free thumbdrive/mouse zzz, the 1440X960 really make things quite small though. I wonder how people can use the 1680X(??) >.<

edit : now they are offering upgrade to 2 gb ram, RM 700 redemption, free nylon bag, extended warranty, is it a good time to get the inspiron? Or should i wait for even better deals, if there is any!

Any1 bought it with the A/V communication package? or A/V sumthing.. whats included?

mate... the scenario is:

dell sales and dell DFO are 2 seperate departments... dell DFO Malaysia are incharge of the entire Asia Pacific operation, including Australia... this is the deparment that is in charge of the DFO website... to order these units, you have to get the salesperson from the Sales department to reserve from the DFO... and of course there's conspiracies between the sales and DFO... the people from DFO will book these units for themselves and asked the Sales to sell to them... and the Salespersons will ask the DFo to reserve for them, then they sell to themselves lol... these internal Dell people are the major culprits...
