6540 is for e-wallet related MCC; falls under online category.

Normally I just top-up setel rm200 monthly using sc jop. So after this will using CardTerus feature.

if your range of "normally" between June 2020 until #cardterus, then this behavior is correct because setel wallet topup was changed to MCC 5542.

From sarawak, kuching, Tabuan Jaya, Petronas stations accepted Setel now. But see no Setel personal to guide user there yet as of this morning.

don't think i ever see any Setel ppl to guide in semenanjung also.

Just activated last week. I pump at that station last week.
Almost all the Petronas stations in Kuching City are now covered by Setel except Jalan Pending and Jalan Ban Hock.
If you go to Petronas Jln Tun Razak, you have to guess the pump number. Not sure if it is rectified now. Hahaha.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF Boost X Setel 10% CASHBACK (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

1 October 2020 until 31 December 2020

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users, whom have never signed up and transacted using the Setel application before 30 September 2020 (“New Setel Customer”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. New Setel Customer who completes the following steps will be eligible to receive a one time maximum 10% Cashback (“Cashback”) into their Setel Partner wallet, capped at a maximum value of RM5 Cashback upon the following:
Sign up for an account at Setel via Setel Boost application platform; AND
Spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction on their first purchase of fuel only at any participating PETRONAS Station via Setel app tile on Boost application and make the payment using the Boost payment gateway
(“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive the Cashback.

2. Upon the successful Transaction, the New Setel Customer will only receive one (1) Cashback under this Campaign.The Customer will be notified by eCode via push-notification on their Cashback.

3. Cashback is limited to the first 200,000 Transactions throughout the Campaign Period.

4. Cashback will be credited into the Setel Partner Wallet within seven (7) working days from the date of the successful Transaction.

5. No combined receipts and/or split transactions can be used to achieve the minimum spend of RM30 and in order to be entitled for the 10% Cashback.

6. The Cashback received will be available for use only upon the New Setel Customer’s next spend of a minimum of RM20.00 in its second transaction for the purchase of fuel only at any participating PETRONAS Stationvia Setel app tile on Boost application and make the payment using the Boost payment gateway.

7. Cashback credited into the Setel Partner Wallet must be utilized within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. Any unutilized Cashback shall be forfeited and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Setel.

I'm wondering, is Setel works on older petrol kiosk terminal (not sure what does it call)? Because I saw Setel is available in some Petronas Kuching, but not all petrol kiosk terminal are new.

Work on any pump if there is a pump number. (Some not properly displayed so you need to ask cashier)
Now ready for almost all the petrol stations in Kuching except the one at UMW Toyota - Icom Square.

Yes, wonder which Petronas station too.

How much old is consider as older kiosk? There is also one works well in Tabuan Jaya or Jalan Tun Jugah. So not necessary related to kiosk but the controller stuff inside the cashier seat.

I went to Petronas Hui Sing few weeks ago. I didn't manage to find the latest big screen pump terminal there so I didn't use setel even though setel stated that it's available there. But I only found the older pump terminal, the one wihh smaller screen and choose language button on the right side one.

It connects to the terminal inside i think. Doesn't matter if there is big/small screen at the terminal.
