I'm wondering, is Setel works on older petrol kiosk terminal (not sure what does it call)? Because I saw Setel is available in some Petronas Kuching, but not all petrol kiosk terminal are new.

I went to Petronas Hui Sing few weeks ago. I didn't manage to find the latest big screen pump terminal there so I didn't use setel even though setel stated that it's available there. But I only found the older pump terminal, the one wihh smaller screen and choose language button on the right side one.

It connects to the terminal inside i think. Doesn't matter if there is big/small screen at the terminal.

To link existing Mesra card to Setel need 150 point conversion fee? Does it really deduct that Mesra point?

Also, what is the reason that top-up vouchers bought from shopee has a 1 month expiration date?

Now have many petronas e-voucher on sales. Can we use for top up setel apps or buy mobile/ prepaid topup at petronas station?

Is there anyway to get physical mesra card now?
And whats is the minimum spend to maintain level 8, level 9 and 10?

Recently found out we can no longer access My Mesra portal to access our Mesra Point transactions.

As it redirects to Setel, but Setel doesnt exactly show much info about your Mesra Card.

Anybody can enlighten how to still access your Mesra Card information?

Does it show you the full transaction history like which station you pumped how much you pumped?

After redeeming the Shopee Setel e-voucher at the Setel app, is there any expiry for the credit?

No where you can see. Need to work out yourself.
(In the past, I did receive a notification when some credit was expiring, but not now - I estimate I am having ~RM50 credit will expire on 2/6/21)

Hi, the reward bonus is from me Finally I use setel after months of getting your referral code.

The new user referral bonus has same Created and Expiry date on 25/5 with just 30 mins allocated. I pumped petrol after the expired time and the balance credit tally. Meaning, I was able to use it several hours after the expired time.

I will try to pump again to use up my credits within this 2 weeks, hopefully my tank has some space by then. Later MCO wont be driving much pulak

I chat with the CS and I was informed that once we redeemed a voucher into the setel wallet, it will no longer have an expiry date.

Wanna ask, if it's possible to transfer Setel balance from 1 account to another?
