From Experience UI to One UI now, some SAMSUNG apps like SAMSUNG Internet, SAMSUNG Members and SAMSUNG Notes are downloaded and installed straight away after we insert the SIM card or connect to WiFi.

They are not preloaded in the phone.

updated to one ui 2.1 , it makes the phone so hot then afterthat i charge for awhile the battery percentage wont increase, seems like the battery too that hot cause the charging to be slower

I update using odin, don't have those issue. The phone also runs cooler compared to 2.0
