Any business trading in physical gold has a high cost. Need to pay for rent, security, staff, insurance, transportation, testing, etc. For sure the margin (spread between buy and sell price) will be substantial. If you're looking to sell physical gold, then you should have more realistic expectations on what you can get when selling it.
