 How to complain lazada seller who lied?

bcause of virus issues in china, some stuffs ordered from shopee and lazada were delayed for almost a month plus. since i am not in the rush to have those items, i waited. some seller chat to me if i am willing to wait a little longer, or to cancel the order and get the refund, which i mentioned, will wait. after a month plus, slowly i see the progress from the delivery status, one by one was delivered.

i received notices from shopee/lazada/aliexpress regarding the delays, either to extend the delivery time, or to cancel the order. the recent delays were mostly due to virus issues. i never reply to get an answer, since me understood regarding the situations they are having there.
urs could oledi be in delivering process, and could have got stuck somewhere at either custom, or shipping depo. that places could be temporarily under quarantine for safety reason. to get a proper answers from them could be a little difficult, since, they too wouldn't know what's happening. for timebeing, everyone are in red mode. moreover, new year celebration were extended to keep ppl to stay indoors. only a day or two ago, things have started moving again, but at slow paced.
