Mine on unifi is having the same issue too. Tried adding the port forwarding and still failed.
Tried with WiFi and LAN. Sometimes NAT passed with type 2 but cannot be used one. As retest and it failed again |

for my case, first level cannot help even after port reset. they have forwarded to technical team now. i will lodge report to MCMC if they still cannot solve by 17-Feb.
You guys do the same too to create more cases for them to react faster |

They have fixed from their end now. Tried the NAT test for few times and it works now
