do you guys call 123 to request for the public IP or walk in to maxis center?

Not sure if you guys are facing the same issue as I am. The download/upload speed is looking fine for my 300mbps maxis fibre package but whenever i play games especially CS2, the ping is very unstable.. somehow the 5G is better than 2.4G in terms of stability. Still, the ping looks fine in game but it'll spikes up randomly. Been texting maxis CS on Whatsapp and the technician did came here and try to solve the problem for atleast 3 times. Well, it didn't help at all.
Any sifu here can give some advice instead of changing hardware since I'm currently staying in hostel and i will be moving house end of this year.
