QUOTE(pigeot23 @ Feb 14 2020, 09:18 PM) My friend staying in London. Say they always cook themselves. Cannot afford to eat outside. One of my favourites is the 3layer pork and taro dish with rice at lot10, almost every week i order that when i stay in klMalaysian take it for granted too much. Seldom people cook themselves in Malaysia. All go out eat. That means should increase more on food price. |

QUOTE(Mixo Mania @ Feb 14 2020, 09:20 PM) That's because selling food as a business in western countries require you to comply with shitloads of health regulations. Those stuff cost a lot which is why they're expensive to operate on a small scale. This is true..Here a lot of hawker and street stall apa pun tak comply. Open tepi jalan and pay your kopi dues and you're off to business. |

In London u still can get a meal for £1.. or if u go for normal harrod's lunchbox, £8.. it's just like RM8.Also, you are not local you won't know cheaper places. KL very cheap meh? Outside of coffee shop, none is cheap. All above 10. Dollar to dollar, people treat £1 in UK like RM1 in Malaysia.. |
