 Where to complain against unifi, Any government body ?

Hi, recently I terminate Unifi packages at one of their outlet.

When I received final bill I was surprised they slammed me with rm19xx early termination charges. My 2 years contract already over Aug 2021 but somehow the final bills shows that my contract was renew in their record for another 2 years in Oct 2021 without my knowledge.

Complaint to them via Twitter and spoke person agreed there is error based on her verification and would bring issue to next level of mgm but wait 3 weeks still no reply instead they kept sending me sms and email reminder to chase payment.

I decided to report to Mcmc but till today nobody was respond to my complains

What I get now is email from their debt collector, so call Kudrat & partner who threaten to take legal action within 3 days. Also get a call from Unifi staff and insist I must pay and pretending never seen my complains in Twitter and MCMC portal….also mentioned if I don’t agree I need to visit Unifi office again which I felt is unnecessary (petrol, my time and annual leave free one meh?? That place hard to find parking too)

Anything else I can do? Get a feeling they no longer scare of MCMC.

No. I never renew the contract and claim any months promo for sure.
