Samsung stated that the S20 lineup would ony received 2 Generation of android updates

Spotted by the eagle-eyed SamMobile, Samsung has warned buyers of all its new flagship smartphones that they will only receive two generations of Android upgrades (that’s Android 11, which has already entered public beta testing and Android 12, which will be released next year).


I guess this is pretty common for Samsung standards. Phone firmware update cycle will only last 2 years for every model.
