Surprisingly the verge quite unbiased imo.

My experience during Note10 roadshow I queue inside mall.
Start queue around 3 am.

What was the promotion? And were you the first one?

Around 5 to 10 in line.
We gather those who want to queue that night, create WhatsApp group and queue together.

Since S20+ will have Jenny Red edition, so either S20 or S20 Ultra to buy. I'm planning to go to roadshow next week.

Still deciding which one to take. Can't buy two as only 1 TV will get

khainiz94 last time Note10 which Mall was the roadshow? Can share chronology? Like where you queue outside, when you get the golden ticket, when you are going inside, queue place provided by Samsung, etc.

At first the mall guard bising2.
Then Samsung punya roadshow team ald there for setup since 11 pm, so they ask the guard so that we can queue early.
We start queue around 3 to 4 am.

So Samsung provide queue spot inside the mall, not outside?
This is new. Last time die2 cannot wait inside, must outside queue.
Coz it's hard for guard to control the crowd.
You go inside through elevator? As doors all close one for sure

Mid Valley.
We LYN members around 8 people arrived early at around 11 pm, then we lepak outside the mall near the Centre Court entrance.
After that we wait for Samsung to finish setup booth, then at around 3 to 4 am we go inside to queue beside the roadshow.
Around 6 am then we queue inside the designated line as instructed by the Samsung team.
We only get the Golden Ticket exactly at around 10 am which is the time the roadshow starts.
Before that, they give mineral water and Famous Amos cookies before giving out the Golden Ticket.
After you get that ticket, then you can buy the phone as usual.

Surprisingly Mid Valley mall does not lock all doors.
Most doors can go inside and out no problem.
Yep we queue around that time inside the mall.
We wait at the Centre Court entrance on the same floor until they finish setup booth.
But dunno this time the guard will halau people or not.

Ic. I think this time Samsung see Midvalley is the most convenient to hold a roadshow. Previously on Sunway Pyramid was a mess. More than 400 peoples queued up inside and outside the Mall and Samsung FAILED to manage it properly.

So this will be my first time going to Samsung roadshow in Midvalley.

Last time:
Note 5 - Sunway Pyramid (the most havoc early night queue up; buy 2nd phone for 50% off)
Galaxy S8 - Sunway Pyramid (Get the starter pack, powerbank and PWP 50% for Gear VR w/ controller (2017) & Gear 360 (2017))
Note 9 - Pavilion (FREE 2017 Gear VR, 1 year extended warranty and Clear View Stand Case with Song Ji Hyo signature)

This time TV 50" UHD Smart TV not bad.

So far Mid Valley is the best for roadshow.
Note10 roadshow for me is the best.
Got Galaxy Watch Active, extra 1 year warranty + 1 year screen protection and RM1000 rebate for 2nd unit.
So we plan to pair with the other LYN forummers and split the rebate.
Win win for all of us.
