khainiz94 last time Note10 which Mall was the roadshow? Can share chronology? Like where you queue outside, when you get the golden ticket, when you are going inside, queue place provided by Samsung, etc.

So Samsung provide queue spot inside the mall, not outside?

Ic. I think this time Samsung see Midvalley is the most convenient to hold a roadshow. Previously on Sunway Pyramid was a mess. More than 400 peoples queued up inside and outside the Mall and Samsung FAILED to manage it properly.

So this will be my first time going to Samsung roadshow in Midvalley.

Yea, even the Samsung Live Chat replied different answer by different support.

I think we only receive the receipt with IMEI no. after collect our device on 4th of Mar from Senheng.

Hopefully preorder from Senheng is entitle for this roadshow.

As i am preorder from Senheng, i think Samsung Malaysia will not email the buyer other than preorder from their physical store and website.

So i wondering how we can provide such email as stated in thier Terms and Conditions.

Does anyone preorder from Harvey Norman, telco (Digi , Maxis n etc) receive email from Samung?
