ehmmm there many type of fire insurance. make sure you tell them what you need. some got cover burglary events, flood, etc.
I just help my mum did fire insurance for her house, roughly around RM 80/year for a single storey house(ipoh) with basic fire insurance coverage with other misc coverage (flood+pecah masuk, etc).
