Starting price is close to RM1.1mil for smallest size of 1,389 sq ft (type B), before any discount or rebates.

This is equivalent to gross price psf of RM792 … which I believe it’s quite okay for that area

Sounds not bad. The bigger sizes would be lower psf again.

Yup potentially. In terms of facilities and the spaciousness of the layout, I feel the Minh is better option.

The Minh has the worst layout I have ever seen. 3000sqf - 3 rooms. LOL

Actually yes for similar psf then Minh is really attractive.

Not bad but at the premium price range nowadays I’m expecting horizontal living/dining layout. Not used to seeing so many bedrooms even with a large build up.

Agree with you, they could make the 3rd room bigger for 1389sqf.

Besides that, no yard and no window at kitchen is a waste as well.

True, wish they could have make it at least 3 standard rooms and 3 toilets and move away with the typical layout.

Unless they build a new exit, the traffic is going to be just horrible. Previously there were proposals to build a connecting ramp to Penchala.
