There is a few consensus.
Some say right before sleep because that time your digestive system at the lowest active level.
Some say right before 1st meal because stomach acid lowest and the meal helped push the probiotics along.

Experiment yourself, you know your body better.

People are still debating about when's the best time to take probiotics really.

Refer to the manufacturer's instruction to start with.

I personally recommend taking them after a light meal.

Arguments for taking before food:

So that nothing can compete with its absorption.
Stomach acid content is low when you first wake up

Arguments for taking after food:

We want the probiotics to reach the small intestines, which is where most digestive processes take place. But stomach acid can destroy the bacteria in probiotics before they reach there. Food helps to shield the probiotics from stomach acid.

Anyways, just remember that heat can kill the good bacteria, so never have them with hot drink!

Depends on the quality of the probiotics, some is designed so that it is able to withstand stomach conditions until your gut, so for those you can take either before or after meal

I'm not sure, but one can argue in the aspect of the pharmaceutical dosage form of the said product, enteric coated cap could solve the stomach acid issue, so other products can be mixed in drink or yurgort (between meal), so there's no particular reasons saying when you should take it, always refer to the package insert to get the optimum benefits of the product.
