good la....6months free le, 800+ saved d, the TV or iPad you are actually paying for it using zerolution cheaper than RRP

it is separate, if you did not take any device under mobile plan, it's not under contract

RM129 for 24 months or RM149 for 18 months, just your choice.

But i take back RM129 100mbps since i dont need 300mbps, so RM129 x 6 free.

Update: done my thumb print at my friend’s maxis centre so tomorrow will arrange time to visit tm to ask for transfer

Astro approached me few days ago offering me quite an attractive promo. 500M Astro fiber only at RM100 for 1st 6months and after back to RM129. Its still way cheaper than my current Maxis 500M at RM220.
The only catch is you have to be on their Astro premium subscriber which I am since a long time ago.

That only 500M is RM100 for first 6 mths.
What about astro itself plan?

Of course you have to be a platinum pack user lar, RM200. It comes with IQiYi, HBO Go, DisneyHotStar and Netflix account free. I personally think quite worth it.

One correction though, 500M is RM129 instead of RM100 for the 1st 6months and subsequently RM159. Still very cheap compare to Unifi and Maxis offering. I am considering to switch over this month end.

I am Unifi fibre home user (300mbps)
my 2 years contract is ending soon

so of course, the unifi "offers" has started pouring in

the first one, is "free" Disney Hotstar subscription for 24 months
no prize for guessing that it comes with a renewal of Unifi contract for 24 months as well

I just ignore

then come second "offer"
a free upgrade to Wifi 6 router
again, come with a renewal of Unifi contract for 24 months

to be honest, I am thinking of switching to Maxis home fibers as the cost is lower and I dont use the Unifi TV at all

so my question, does having a unifi coverage automatically mean Maxis coverage as well?
from my understanding from long time ago, it use same infrastructure

For the most part yes, but Unifi may play tricks to delay the process (port given to other customer, not found in system, etc), sometimes rarely Maxis is on their own infrastructure

Do expect slightly slower speeds (280Mbps) depending on area/infrastructure/tm installer
It's a known secret that TM intentionally sets a lower cap for ISP's riding on their infra to make you think Unifi is better.

Erm my friend owned a few maxis outlets, courtesy wise he helped me to do so

Go to Maxis fibre thread and look for Maxis agent. you can sign up with them for the 6 months deal if you switch from Unifi.
