The gym man tends to isolate muscle groups when training, so he loses out in terms of functional strength.

In addition, many people skip leg days.

correct posture to lift the cement bag or else sakit belakang 1 week yo...kenot get up from sleep need to slide like ketam n slowly sit, get up to walk... sad.gif doh.gif

if u don't training lifting bag, you cannot beat the guy who does it often.

nothing to do with muscle strength.
