Firstly, do you know the company financial is doing well?
If not, i guess ya boss had decided to cut cost. A lot of company use this approach.

Secondly, seek labor office to get their advise on compensation.

Thirdly, start looking for new job and/or apply grab driver for ya new source of income.

Fourthly, try ya best to stay calm. Believe u're having mix emotions.

It says can terminate with 30 days notice. That's why boss say terminate immediate, but he compensate the 1 month salary.
