I have stumbled across one research article about how curry leave help in reduce blood sugar level.
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&...d=1579304349324 https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&...d=1579304813898 Than I google about world diabetes ranking :
Found that India was rank at 46 for world diabetes ranking which for me is quiet good compare to Malaysia which is at rank 12
lmao
By looking at the amount of rice they eat, I think curry leaves which is regularly taken and eat by them is one of the reason why they have lower level of blood sugar eventhough they eat alot of rice compare to us..
VIDEO
So maybe, those who have diabetes can start to take considerable amount of curry leaves in their diet as alternative????

Pacific islander with diet of mainly processed food came from America or ozzie. They were fish based before but changed after.
India low because most are poor with no food. Not because of curry leaves.

Going by TS logic, Cuba is ranked 55. So we are better off smoking Cuban cigars instead of prevent diabetes.

sudah ada diabetes
tak guna pon ko makan satu pokok kari punyer daun
the keys is prevention
there's nothing wrong with eating rice in moderation
but if everyday every meal ko bantai nasi jer for 20-30 years
memang la the risk of you getting diabetes are high
kena start change your daily diet...
and it's better to start when you're small still a kid
substitute with roti, mee or any wheat based food

Yep, true
Western scientist or dietician start to blame rice as culprit for increasing diabetes rate.
But they forgot to factor in cheap 24hr fast food availability

Should put more tax on sugar stuff. Not only does it create diabetes, some more have to pay for these people’s medication for diabetes( govt hospital) .
