My boss PA salary also around 8-9k. Worked for 15+ years la in the company somemore ex stewardess. Damn syok talking to her nice voice

My brother in law driver to dato sri family. Wages 8k per month. Not including so many perks like bonus and gifts. Evenytime new i phone come out hell get the highest spec. The dude buy for while family and buy extra for a few close to him.
Dunno what kind of secret he hold. |

Why surprised? They are smarter than manager+ have to deal with all the sh*t I’ve gone through day to day. My PA basic salary 6,5K, my HR currently looking for another one for me, as the current can’t handle more things, need a back up. PA is Not a position for strawberry..

these people are paid for their loyalty.
PAs or drivers would not "jump ship" if treated right and because their job scope usually involved a lot the personal matters; them leaving could be:- a) dangerous; and b) seriously inconvenienced. on the other hand, all other professions are easily replaceable and dispensable. |

That is why a lot of rich man wife are super friendly to the driver and PA.Dunno what kind of secret he hold. |
