PA to who? Usually if it's a sec to someone very high like minister, they are not ordinary PA. There are special training involved and are usually heads of depts

Many PA handle more things that engineers. Oftentimes, they're the next most familiar with the business. I'm not surprised they're paid that much.

Or as limeuu would like to read me write, they've moved up the value chain.

You should ask what is the value the PA brings to the boss and the company.

Robert Kuok's PA has been with him for a few decades already. Guess how much she gets paid.

Heck, some of the secretaries in Hong Kong get paid HKD40K per month. Secretaries! That is mid manager level pay right there already.

But their presence and ability to help their team do stuff is equivalent to several hundred K of value per month. Not worth it to pay that amount of money to them then?

lets assume you use half the celery for living expenses, so got 2.5 - 3.5k left

KL <-> BKK return ticket + 3 night 3 star hotel is around 1k
food and taxi and random stuff lets say 500 total
so got 1k - 2k left to cheong
maybe thats enough for 3 night drinking at gogo bar and 1 shot
