She's a auntie and have served 3 CEOs before. She know the business better than the CEO especially the contacts. On top of that she even handle private matters of the CEO. She is friend of CEO wife and gets really well rewarded from the wife as well. She sort of spy for the wife but also help the CEO on his "affairs". Sort of like double agent. Any good word from her and your future is bright. 😁

PA is not limited to just helping boss make tea or arrange flights. My ex company CEO PA got some decision making power herself. Help to read emails and summarise to bosses the gist of the emails and see which one really need the bosses attention.

what i can say is, they dont work normal hours.
usually theyre the first to come and last to go back.
weekend also work.
company P&C story, secret and what not also know.

if there's BOD meeting, sometimes have to stay to settle report with the bos until 2-3am and next morning work like normal.

phone standby 24/7 if bos need some urgent info or arrangement.

if really Experienced & Trusted PA, they can be the bos Proxy and make decision.

7k so little, mah boss PA sudah double of it and get Company car as well. But damn stress lah, have to handle personal account, tax matter, family matter, even movie ticket booking she also have to do. If there is mistake sure kena scolding by boss.
